Applications for computerized testing may be completed online on the Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP) Web site, ONCB’s® test vendor. Candidates may also download paper applications with the Candidate Handbook. Paper applications must be RECEIVED by AMP by the last day of the application month. Candidates will be able to schedule exams during the months of March, May, August, and November, with scheduling instructions provided after the exam application has been processed.

To find the computer testing center closest to you, download the Candidate Handbook, or complete the online exam registration, follow these steps:

• Go to the AMP Web site (www.goAMP.com).
• Choose the “Candidates” button.
• Select “Healthcare” as the exam “category”.
• “Orthopaedic Nurses Certification Board” as the “program”.
• “ONC®,” “Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist,” or “Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner” as the “exam”.
